Time tracking
We use a commercial time tracking software to track hours spent on various client projects.
Rush request
Any emergency request will need to be made by telephone. If an emergency occurs outside of normal business hours, the current hourly rate will be charged for the completion of the request.
Retainer rates
Retainer rates are a certain number of hours (beginning at 5 hrs/ mo) set-aside for a client each month. These hours are billed on the first of the month and expire at the end of each month.
Standard rates
Standard rates begin at $35/hr. billed in 15-minute increments. Standard rate clients will receive an invoice on the last business day of the month.
Retainer vs. Standard rates
Clients with existing retainer packages will receive priority over clients with standard rates.
Invoicing
Invoicing depends on your contract. Hourly clients are billed on the 1st of the month for the work done during the previous month. Project contracts have a 55% deposit due to begin work with the remainder due at the completion of the project. Retainer clients are billed on the 1st of their month for the block of hours they’ve committed to. Clients who have purchased a package of hours will be notified prior to their hours running out, and will have the options of purchasing another package at that point.
Payment Options
We allow payments by credit and debit cards only.
Late Payments
Invoices will be sent for all work done. All payments are due via credit or debit card. Any invoices unpaid after 5 days, will be assessed a 5% late fee based on the current balance due. Any invoices unpaid after 10 days will be assessed an additional 5% on the current balance due. If any account becomes 15 days past due, a working relationship with Client will be terminated immediately and Service Provider will seek legal action to collect balance. Client will be responsible for all court cost associated with legal action.
Inactive accounts
If you have not submitted any work or contacted us within 30 days, your account will become inactive. If this happens, a new contract and a deposit may be required to begin working with us again.
Status Reports
Status Reports are sent to all clients with ongoing projects or retainer packages each Monday morning. These status reports will list the status of any and all ongoing projects. If a client is on a retainer package, the weekly status report will include the amount of hours remaining in their package.
Meetings
Most meetings will occur through video conferencing. If an in-person/on location meeting is deemed necessary by a client, the current hourly rate will be charged for travel time, plus travel expenses.
Confidentiality
Angelica Johnson takes confidentiality very seriously. Our contracts contain a non-disclosure clause.

Any of the personal information we collect from you may be used for any or all of the following ways:

Disclosure of Information
Angelica Johnson will never sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your to third parties any personal information obtained from the registration or use of any online services without prior consent of the client with the following exemptions:
- To provide information or services your requested
- As mandated by search warrant, subpoena or any other legal requirements
- In the event of imminent physical harm to clients or others
Termination
Contracts may be terminated with a 30 day written notice.
